The hotel's main restaurant, Dynasty, brings together an exquisite open-buffet experience from breakfast through dinner, featuring live cooking stations, refined interpretations of Aegean and Mediterranean cuisine, and a selection of international flavors. Freshly harvested vegetables, stone-baked breads, and seasonal fish sourced from the fishermen of Çeşme are presented in a contemporary setting.
